Because of a miscommunication with our printer, no mailing went our for this show. We need your help in getting the word out. Please contact everyone you know who might be interested in showing with us. We really like Oklahoma City and the Biltmore Hotel and would like to keep the show numbers up so we can keep coming back. We would really appreciate your help in getting the word out.
October 04 & 05, 2008 in Oklahoma City, OK
The 2008 Sooner Sieger will be held on the grounds of the Biltmore Hotel at 401 S Meridian Ave. Oklahoma City, OK 73108. The show grounds will be on flat, open grass areas with a canopy for the steward's table in each ring. Please feel free to bring your own shade and set up early to get a good spot. We will be setting up on Friday afternoon so if you plan on setting up early, please wait until we begin our setup first. The Show Schedule and Show Roster will be available within a few days of the show closing. You can enter our show online or via fax or mail (for a printable show entry form, click here). Show closes to regular entries on September 25, 2008 at 6pm Pacific.
Regular entry fees are $31/show. Late entries will be taken until October 02, 2008 at 6pm Pacific. Late fees are $12/show. After this time the show will be closed to ALL entries.
We have four shows each weekend, two shows per day. Each show will be under a different judge. If a dog does well (gets the top score each show), an adult dog can earn an International Title in three shows. Puppies can earn a National Puppy Title in three shows; a fourth show would give that puppy an International Puppy Title (four puppy shows = both Nat and Int puppy titles).
Judging Panel will include:
- Dr. Steve Keating - USA/UCI (Int'l German License)
- Ms. Juliann Kowalsky - USA
- Mr. Mike Loller - USA
- Ms. Virginia Lyne - USA
*Judging Schedule Notes:
(This weekend, some breeds' show 4 times are earlier than their show 3 times.)
- Dogs may be asked to be judged before their scheduled but CANNOT be required to do so.
- Group times CAN be called early.
- Best in Show times CAN be called early.
- Best in Show ring numbers will be announced at the show.
- All Ring times and numbers are subject to change.
- Junior Handler exhibition will be on Sunday during lunch. Check at the front desk on Sunday for more details. Day of show entry for juniors are welcome.
